Where's my stuff?

Question:
I ordered a video and it shows as pending, why can't I download it?

Answer:
Your order is in pending because I haven't seen the payment yet, simply put, I'm not at the computer right this moment. Your order is updated as "delivered" for download as soon as I confirm the payment.
